What a service includes
A single visit covers everything that keeps your stairlift running safely:
- Mechanical — rails, brackets, carriage, drive gears, motor brushes
- Electrical — battery health, charging circuit, control board diagnostics
- Safety — obstruction sensors, emergency stops, seatbelt, brakes
- Cleaning & lubrication — rail wiped down, moving parts re-greased
You get a printed service certificate on the day, plus a reminder before next year's visit is due.

Out-of-hours emergency callouts are £150–£200. Comprehensive cover removes the callout fee entirely.
